Mulpha International (SP) Pte Ltd trading as Hertz Fiji is one of the leading rental car companies that provides mobility services for international & domestic consumers at a competitive rate with exclusive benefits under one of the best international brand Hertz & Thrifty. Hertz Fiji is seeking to recruit Customer Service Representative(s) to join our Nadi branch.

  • Organising pick-ups and drop off in a timely manner.
  • Corresponding to all international and domestic rental hire queries via phone email or
    walk-ins.
  • Attending to customers by issuing booked vehicles and raising rental agreements.
  • Guiding customers to their destined hotels for first timers in Fiji.
  • Ensuring vehicles are maintained and kept clean at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role with strong sales skills.
  • Must have high quality customer service knowledge with good communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Minimum Year 12 or 13 level education.
  • Must have full group 2 driving license with a clean record.
    Must be willing and able to work flexible schedule that can include evenings, holidays and
    overnight shifts.

Remuneration:
Competitive market-based remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate,
commensurate with qualifications and experience.
