The Executive Driver will provide safe, reliable, and professional transport services for the Executives and other senior staff at Tera Capital. This role ensures punctual and secure travel while maintaining the vehicle’s condition and complying with Fiji’s Land Transport Authority (LTA) rules and road safety regulations.
Safely transport the Managing Director, executives, and authorized personnel to designated locations in a timely manner.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and courtesy at all times.
Conduct daily vehicle safety checks; report any defects, damage, or maintenance needs promptly.
Ensure vehicle cleanliness and optimal presentation at all times.
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel, servicing, and repairs, submitting reports as required.
Assist with basic administrative duties related to transport schedules and documentation.
Follow all occupational health and safety protocols as well as internal transport rules and regulations.
Provide support during long travel, out‑of‑hours duties, weekends, and public holidays when necessary.
Education & Certification
Completion of Fiji secondary education (Year 12 / FSLC) or equivalent.
Valid Fiji driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle class being driven (typically Class 2 or higher; additional classes an advantage).
Defensive Driving Certificate (preferred).
Experience
Minimum 5 years professional driving experience with a clean driving record; experience supporting executives or senior personnel is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Fiji road networks, local traffic laws, and safe driving practices.
Excellent driving skills with a strong commitment to safety and defensive driving protocols.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact respectfully with the Managing Director, executives, staff, and external contacts.
Professional demeanor, punctuality, and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential situations.
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and ability to identify issues requiring technical assistance.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing schedules or last‑minute transport needs.
First Aid certification.
Knowledge of GPS navigation systems and mobile scheduling tools.
Experience with corporate or diplomatic transport protocols.
Must be medically fit to operate vehicles and meet any employer‑required health assessments.
Clean police record and verification of driving history with the Land Transport Authority may be required.
Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including nights, weekends, or public holidays when needed
