Division: MA Support & Development
Location: Sub-Regional Office, Suva, Fiji
Reporting to: MA Support & Development Director, SROP & Senior Performance, Learning & Impact Advisor
Role purpose:
Are you an M&E professional passionate about data-driven decision-making and impact? This role strengthens accountability, quality, and effectiveness of SROP programmes—supporting Member Associations (MAs), humanitarian responses, and regional teams to translate data into learning, evidence, and impact stories.
Key responsibilities:
• Support MAs on monitoring systems including GIS, Service Statistics, and DHIS2 to improve data quality and results tracking
• Work with AoCs, Programme Managers, and regional teams to strengthen M&E frameworks, indicators, and accountability mechanisms
• Analyse MA performance data, provide feedback, and support evaluations, case studies, and learning exchanges
• Support humanitarian data collection, analysis, and reporting during crisis contexts
• Build MA capacity in M&E, evaluation techniques, and results-based programming
• Review and improve M&E tools, templates, and digital reporting systems
• Uphold safeguarding standards and IPPF’s Code of Conduct
Key skills & experience:
• Strong M&E experience in development or humanitarian settings (regional/national)
• Proven ability to use digital tools (Excel, Power BI, Kobo) for analysis and reporting
• Excellent analytical, facilitation, and writing skills
• Experience in capacity building and working with diverse, multicultural teams
• Strong commitment to safeguarding, anti-racism, and ethical practice
• Fluent in English
