Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

Sales Consultant — Authentic Travels (Denarau Marina) (1)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service (walk-ins & phone inquiries)

  • Sell tours for Robinson Crusoe Island & partner operators

  • Process bookings via booking portals & maintain accurate records

  • Responsible EFTPOS & cash handling

  • Support daily operations & complete tasks on time

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication & customer service skills

  • Computer proficiency — Excel, Word & online booking systems

  • Tour & accommodation knowledge is an advantage

  • Able to work rostered shifts (including weekends/public holidays)

  • Team player with strong work ethic

 Island Finance & Administration Assistant — Likuri Island (1)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily financial operations & cash handling

  • Manage procurement, stock receiving & inventory checks

  • Support HR admin, rosters & timesheets

  • Provide cross-department operational support

Skills & Requirements

  • Certificate/Diploma in Accounts or related field

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance/admin roles preferred

  • Strong accuracy & accountability

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

  • Must be available for daily Island travel
