We are looking for a reliable and organized Inventory Clerk to manage the receipt, storage, and monitoring of all stock across our resort. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, food safety, and proper stock management. Key Responsibilities: Receive deliveries from barge, ferry, or local suppliers; check quantities, condition, and expiry dates. Store stock correctly: dry goods, perishables, meat, fish, dairy, and bar supplies. Monitor stock levels, rotate stock (FIFO), and report shortages or expiring items to management.
