PAYROLL OFFICER

Bargain Box Fiji Pte Ltd has the following job opening at its head office at Kashmir Industrial Subdivision in Lautoka.

The Role

The person will be responsible for General Payroll Matters including collating relevant information & preparing payroll.

Duties

Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.

Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.

Compiling summaries of wages, taxes, deductions, leave and allowances and reporting on this.

Resolving payroll discrepancies.

Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures.

Skills & Experience

1-2 years' experience in a similar role.

Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills.

Good communication skills - written and verbal.

Strong payroll legislation knowledge.

Linkpay/ Linksoft software experience would be beneficial.
