Previous experience as chef
Professional certification
Outstanding work ethic
Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
Ability to think on your feet and prioritise
To provide and give direction & support to your team
An understanding of menus, costings, wastage
Have excellent knowledge of hygiene & kitchen cleanliness, food storage & stock control
