The Distillery Co Fiji

The Distillery Co Fiji is family owned business that has its roots in the 19th century. Our ancestor came to Fiji in 1860 to assist in recording Fiji’s diverse flora. He loved it so much he stayed.

We are craft distillers who showcase Fiji’s natural beauty, botanicals, and water. Where possible we use only Fijian ingredients. We make our own neutral spirit from scratch and our gin is inspired by the natural flavours that abound in Fiji. Our goal is not just to make good products but great products. We want to create truly Fijian spirits that are world class. We hope you can join us on our journey.
