The Position: Under the direct supervision of the Communication Specialist, the communication intern will gain valuable experience in the field of communication for international development. The intern will play a key role in supporting the creation and dissemination of content that raises awareness of UNFPA's work on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and youth development in the Pacific region. Job Description The Position: The position of Programme Officer, Adolescent Reproductive Health is responsible for coordinating, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating all programs related to the Adolescent Reproductive Health program for the Ministry of Health & Medical Services inclusive of the UNFPA-MHMS Work Plan activities and the Ministry of Health & Medical Services Strategic Plan and Annual Operational Plan. For this purpose, the Consultant will work under the direct supervision of the Head of Family Health and overall coordination of the Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Health and Medical Services. This position also provides clinical & non-clinical training, audits, competency assessment and certification.
