The Fisheries Officer, Research will provide technical leadership, coordination, and supervision of the Fisheries Resource Conservation Programme (FRCP). The role is responsible for advancing applied research and conservation strategies for Fiji’s coastal and marine resources, with a focus on species of high ecological and economic value such as sea cucumbers, giant clams, and groupers. The Fisheries Officer, Research will lead technical project management, coordination, and supervision of the Fisheries Resource Conservation Programme (FRCP).
