Role Description:
Pactrade PNG Limited is an established FMCG distributor of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and is an affiliate of CJ Patel Group of Companies in Fiji. Pactrade is seeking to recruit an experienced and driven Sales Manager – Lae to oversee and expand our FMCG sales operations across remote and regional areas of Papua New Guinea. This role requires frequent travel to outstation locations and hands-on management of distribution networks in diverse and challenging environments.
Manage and grow sales performance across Lae and assigned outstation regions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive volume and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key retail partners.
Ensure effective product availability and distribution in remote locations.
