About the Role
Universal is launching a new Technical Solutions Division to deliver professional installation, maintenance, and support solutions for:
Solar systems (installation & service)

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Technical Solutions Manager to lead this division—building the service offering, managing projects, developing technicians, and ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow the Technical Services Division, including planning, workflow, and service delivery standards.
Conduct site surveys and propose best-fit technical solutions for residential and commercial customers.
