A Lecturer is qualified to Masters’ level and has expertise in a particular subject which is taught proficiently at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level programmes. A Lecturer is research-active and is beginning to publish their work in peer-reviewed journals. A Lecturer is involved in the work of their Department and takes on administrative roles that assist the Department to function.
Person Specification:
Essential:
Masters in relevant field PLUS Bachelors in relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant teaching/work experience OR
Research-active: evidence of work published in peer-reviewed journals.
Desirable:
Demonstrable evidence of quality teaching.
Clear evidence of good teaching performance / research publications in Scopus / SCI journals.
University Service (administration).
