Reporting directly to Cluster Reservations Manager , as a Cluster Reservations Agent your duties will include but not limited to the following:
Manage reservation enquiries through telephone, email, and online channels.
Accurately process bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
Provide guests with clear information about rooms, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.
Identify opportunities to upsell and maximize revenue across the three properties.
Maintain accurate guest and reservation information in the hotel system.
