Lomani Island Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead and oversee all restaurant and bar operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences and outstanding guest service. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, leading and developing the Food & Beverage team, maintaining service excellence, and driving operational efficiency while upholding the resort’s luxury standards.
The successful candidate will provide strong leadership, coordinate staff scheduling and training, monitor service quality, manage inventory and cost controls, and ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace regulations.
