Position : Junior Sous Chef - Island Based
Location : Octopus Resort, a popular resort located in the stunning Likuliku Bay on Waya Island in Fiji's breathtaking Yasawa Islands.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all menu items (breakfast, lunch, dinner, specials, and events)
Oversee and coordinate specific kitchen sections (e.g., hot line, grill, pantry, or pastry support) during service
Ensure consistent food quality, portion control, presentation, and plating standards
Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation practices (HACCP compliance)
