KEY DUTIES:
Provide excellent customer service in a professional, friendly and courteous manner at all times
Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Attend to customer inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and appropriately
Clear tables promptly after use and reset them quickly
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service counters and wash areas
Ensure all workstations are well-stocked and organised throughout the shift
Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in customer service or food service will be an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
