The Role
Pepper Advantage Hub (Fiji) is looking for a clear thinker and strong writer to join us as we build our new end-to-end credit management application.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who enjoys turning complex information into clear, useful content. You will help create and manage all the documentation and materials that support PRISM, working as part of our new in-house Artefacts Team.
Key Responsibilities
Help set up the new Artefacts Team and shape how we create and manage content
Write and maintain a full range of materials, including:
Product documentation (feature descriptions, roadmaps, capability overviews)
Technical documentation (diagrams, API notes, data flows)
Maintenance and release guides
User and training materials (manuals, onboarding guides, quick-reference sheets)
Frameworks and policies
Speak with subject matter experts to gather accurate information
