Fiji Gas is looking for a Supply Chain Finance Officer responsible for the day-to-day management of financial and inventory transactions, procurement activities, warehouse operations, and customer service functions. The role ensures integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial and inventory records while supporting operational excellence across the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performing day to day inventory, procurement and commercial transactions in the warehouse/Terminal
Initiating procurement processes and liaise with vendors, including price negotiations and comparisons;
Maintaining accurate records in the ERP system and ensure timely data entry;
Conducting stock counts and inventory checks to ensure accuracy;
Coordinating with freight and clearance agents for efficient clearance of incoming goods;
Overseeing receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory to various locations;
