Carptrac , the Caterpillar Distributor in the Fiji Market has an excellent opportunity available for suitably qualified and experienced person for the role of Workshop Costing Clerk to be part of our Caterpillar team in Suva .
Responsibilities:
Processing of warranty claims for new parts & equipment sold under Caterpillar.
Plan and manage the opening and closing of RO's.
Prepare and issue quotations customers.
Source parts and materials from outside suppliers.
Carry out stock take of workshop stores.
Issuing & processing of local purchase orders.
Prepare weekly reports such as WIP, productivity & rework etc.
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be computer literate in order to understand & work around Caterpillar and Carptrac computer systems.
Must have a valid driving license.
