KEY DUTIES:
Assist the Dock Master in the overall management and safe navigation of the vessel.
Supervise deck operations of floating dry dock.
Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Manage and train crew to maintain high standards of performance and safety.
Monitor vessel stability, operations and safety equipment readiness.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports and documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant qualification and valid Certification
Experience of seagoing experience in a senior role.
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decision in critical situations.
