Carpenters Shipping is a well-established shipping & forwarding Agency and heavy transport and logistics business. We are seeking to employ experienced and a proactive individual for the Heavy Diesel Mechanic role to be based in Lautoka.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair heavy diesel trucks, forklifts, and fleet equipment
Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs on diesel and fleet machinery
Carry out scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance, and breakdown repairs
Identify faults in engines, transmissions, braking systems, hydraulics, and electrical systems
Maintain accurate service and repair records
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Work efficiently to minimize fleet downtime
Requirements
Trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic and/or Auto Electrician
Proven experience working with heavy vehicles, forklifts, or industrial equipment
