The position will be based at the Energy Fiji Limited’s Kinoya Depot and will report to the Fleet Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Strive to ensure all EFL Vehicles are in good working condition at all times and available as and when needed for operational use;
Facilitate, plan and efficiently co-ordinate timely vehicle repairs and servicing with dealers to ensure minimum disruption to EFL operations;
Monitor and supervise Fleet Support Officers to ensure smooth workflow within Fleet Division;
Keep records of all operating costs of EFL Fleet, including fuel, Tyres, Batteries and repair &maintenance for submission to the designated Supervisors, Managers as and when required;
Assist and liaise with Services Delivery on fleet maintenance and repair works to ensure that Department/Section Heads are advised so that alternative transport can be arranged if necessary;
