Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role based at Viti Foods Pte Limited (VFL) , a subsidiary of CJ Patel Group of Companies. VFL specializes in manufacturing canned tuna and mackerel products for local and export markets. We are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Finance Officer (Payables and Purchasing) based at Laucala Beach Estate, Suva. The successful incumbent will oversee all financial transactions, including issuing payments, collecting debts, and liaising with external parties. This position reports to the Accountant under the leadership of Finance Manager. Ensure creditors payments are done on timely basis. Process, reconcile overseas and local creditor account. Process of account invoices entry & process weekly/month-end supplier payment. Process journal entries and raise Local Purchase Orders (LPOs). Liaise with suppliers to resolve account queries and outstanding reconciliation items....
