Our Fiji team is growing, and we are seeking a motivated Finance and Administration Support Staff member to enhance operational efficiency across our overseas offices. The role will involve overseeing administrative and accounts processes, ensuring accurate system and data management, and supporting the wider organisation. There may also be opportunities to work at our international branches as required.
Key Requirements
Completion of a Diploma or higher-level qualification.
Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software and systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, processes and technologies.
Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently.
