KEY DUTIES:
Manage and monitor all installed systems, infrastructure, and networks (LAN, SD-WAN, WLAN).
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, software, and system tools.
Ensure high availability and performance of systems and applications.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in collaboration with developers.
Maintain and monitor security appliances (firewalls, IPS, Netscaler, etc.).
Automate tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Implement and maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
Monitor and address vulnerabilities proactively.
Maintain and update servers, Hyper-V and VMware environments.
Participate in after-hours on-call IT Support.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (or equivalent experience) with 3-5 years in L3 support within Managed IT or Service Delivery environments.
