KEY DUTIES:
Assist in troubleshooting, maintaining and supporting IT systems, hardware and software applications.
Participate in IT projects including system upgrades, data management and digital transformation initiatives.
Provide end-user support across departments, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation, user manuals and process workflows.
Work with IT department to enhance administration of networks, databases and enterprise systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
Recent graduate with a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related field.
Strong interest in IT systems, networking or software development.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to learn, adapt and take initiative in a team-oriented environment.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, databases and IT infrastructure.
