Reporting directly to Cluster IT Manager , as a IT Specialist your duties will include but not limited to the following:
Provide day-to-day IT support to all hotel departments and colleagues.
Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, network equipment and other IT hardware.
Monitor and maintain the hotel’s network, systems and IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, connectivity and system-related issues.
Support hotel systems and applications, including property management and operational systems.
