In addition, the Gender Officer will be required to assist FRA in closing out the final stages of the Gender Action Plan Implementation for the Transport Infrastructure Investment Sector Project (TIISP) and other broader Gender Capacity Development initiatives for FRA. The consultant is required to work closely with international gender specialists (ADB TA), ADB gender staff and consultant.
