The Pacific Social Services Support Coordinator exists to strengthen the effectiveness, safety, and sustainability of Salvation Army social services across the Pacific by providing coordination, capability building, reporting support, and strategic linkage between local services, Territorial leadership, and International Headquarters.
This role contributes to improved service quality, stronger compliance, enhanced workforce capability, and better outcomes for individuals and communities served.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND ATTRIBUTES:
