Key Responsibilities:
Process all financial and customer transactions accurately and in a timely manner within the established guidelines and policy
Act as the central point for all enquiries regarding foreign exchange rates and MoneyGram money transfer service
Complete money transfer transactions ensuring that all appropriate information and ID is collected from the customer
Maintain effective filing systems and records and ensure paperwork and documentation is completed and subsequently filed or passed to the customer as appropriate
Inform customers about foreign currency regulations and compute transaction fees for currency exchanges
Ensure that all monies received are stored securely within the retail unit
