The Role
Pepper Advantage is seeking an experienced and proactive Operational Risk Manager to join our team.
The Operational Risk Manager will be responsible for reviewing and assessing controls across the organisation. You will work closely with Senior Management to develop and implement the annual risk-based monitoring and testing plan.
Key responsibilities include supporting the development and maintenance of the annual risk assessment process, identifying changes in risks and controls, and contributing to the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. This role plays a critical part in ensuring consistent and effective management of operational risk across the business
