Total Infrastructure (Fiji) Pte Ltd (TIL) is a leading construction company delivering high-quality commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects throughout Fiji. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Foreman to join our growing team and play a key role in the successful delivery of our projects.

About the Role

As a Site Foreman, you will oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and site personnel, and ensure that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and labour personnel.
• Monitor project progress against programme requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and site safety briefings.
• Coordinate materials, plant, and equipment requirements.
• Maintain quality standards and workmanship on site.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Identify and resolve site issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a Site Foreman or supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Sound knowledge of construction methodologies and site safety practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant trade qualification or construction-related certification is desirable.
• Valid driver's licence preferred.
