About the Role

Reporting to the Pharmacy Area Manager, you will be responsible for the operational and professional performance of a retail pharmacy outlet while delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.

You will provide expert pharmaceutical advice, dispense medications safely and accurately, manage pharmacy operations, and lead a team committed to delivering outstanding healthcare services.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (PharmD) qualification.
  • Current pharmacist registration or eligibility for registration with the Pharmacy Board of Papua New Guinea.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice, medication safety, and healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong clinical judgement and attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
