About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Farm Manager to lead daily operations across our vegetable production, nursery, and general farm work. The Farm Manager will live on-site Monday through Friday, manage a 14-person team, and be responsible for the planning, execution, and reporting of all farm activities. This is a leadership role reporting directly to the Director of Operations and working closely with our owners and office team. The Farm Manager plays a central role in helping us expand. We are looking for someone who can run what we have today with high standards, and who can help us plan and scale new plantings, infrastructure, and operations over the coming years.
