Rotomould (Fiji) Ltd (RFL) is a Fijian-owned, multi-national company whose core business is manufacturing polyethylene products, predominantly water tanks under the brand name of Rota Tanks using rotational moulding technology.
Established in 2000, RFL has grown exponentially and now serves as the headquarters of the Rotomould Group of Companies (RGC). We have 8 manufacturing plants in total – in Fiji, Tonga, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Kiribati, and Vanuatu.
We have a strong manufacturing base which consists of technical persons who have been involved in rotational moulding for several years. Fiji, which serves as the hub/headquarters for all our subsidiaries has the know-how to do our own machinery, tank moulds and other plastic products linked to rotational moulding.
We manufacture polyethylene water tanks under the brand name “Rota Tank” in assorted sizes.
Rota Tanks are the first and only water tanks in Fiji to be officially certified to the ISO Type 5 AS/NZS 4766 standards (the world standard for water tanks) and manufactured under the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
This means that our tanks come with the independent assurance that:
- they have been properly designed and manufactured to last the length of their warranty life of 20 years.
- they have been manufactured using food grade polyethylene which means that the water stored in it is clean and safe to drink.
- quality processes are in place to ensure that we will reliably produce the same quality product each time.
Our tanks are specifically built for local weather conditions and will withstand wind speeds of up to 200km/hr, high temperatures, ultraviolet radiation, and a corrosive marine/coastal environment with a high presence of dust and insects.
