Khelvin Realtors Pte Ltd is a 100% Fiji owned Real Estate Company that has its Head Office located at Level1, Prouds Building, Vakabale Street in Lautoka.
The Principal representative and the Chief Executive Officer of the firm is Mr. Vyas Deo Sharma, a former civil servant as a staff of the Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji and a former Member of Parliament from 2001 to 2006. The firm was established in 2010 and for the last 12 years Khelvin Realtors (Pte) Ltd have actively established its position in the Real Estate industry market.
The Company had a humble beginning in 2010 under the pioneer of Mr Sharma’s family at the registered Head Office location in Lautoka.
Through a systematic targeted approach concept in the real estate market over the years and the commitment shown by its high performing and dynamic team, the firm have grown and expanded to nationwide operations with three more registered office branches in Suva, Nadi and Lautoka and total workforce of more than 50 licensed sales agents staffs across the three branches and 5 permanent staffs at the Head Office. We have an agent intermediary in Labasa, Ba and Sigatoka respectively.
The firm has a Board of Directors made up of 5 members who are core members of Mr Sharma’s family, the spouse and the siblings. A high level Advisory Panel which consists of a legal counsel, financial experts and economists is established as its Panel of Advisors guiding the firm on its business conduct and strategic direction.
There are future plans to open branch offices in Nakasi, Pacific Harbour and Savusavu in the Northern Division as part of our strategic expansion plan.
