The Human Rights and Anti-Discrimination Commission (‘Commission’) is established pursuant to section 45 of the Constitution
of the Republic of Fiji as well as the Human Rights and Anti-Discrimination Commission Act 2009. The Commission is mandated to
ensure that Fiji's human rights laws are promoted, protected and preserved.
