Admin Reservations * Restaurant Manager * Food & Beverage Chefs:
Must have previous Experience working at a resort/hotel:
Customer Service, Guests Relations, Office Administration with accounting back ground, Reservations agent and or Supervisor/ Management roles in restaurants Food and Beverage and Sous or Chef de partie.
Chef: Sous Chef or Chef de partie
Must have experience working at a resort or busy restaurant for 3 years minimum.
Key Responsibilities for Sous Chef:
Food-preparation expert who assists the executive chef in a restaurant.
Preparing dishes, managing kitchen operations, scheduling employees, tracking inventory, ordering supplies, training new kitchen employees, and handling administrative duties.
