Seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of HR and Training to join one of Fiji’s iconic island resorts.    This position will oversee the end-to-end resort HR function, including workforce planning, recruitment, salary administration, benefits, and industrial relations. It will also be responsible for legal compliance, learning and development, employee wellbeing, and the department's overall administrative structure.
