ROLE OVERVIEW
A Maintenance Lead is responsible for leading the maintenance team and ensuring the resort’s buildings, facilities, equipment, and essential services are safe, functional, and well maintained.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and monitor daily maintenance tasks.
Respond to breakdowns, faults and urgent maintenance issues and resolved promptly
Ensure resort equipment and machinery are maintained and operational.
Comply with workplace health and safety requirements and relevant regulations.
