We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Support Analyst.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an Australian company, learn the travel insurance software business, and develop your existing technical and customer service skills. You will primarily be supporting client systems used in New Zealand, Australia and the USA.
Responsibilities
Assist end users with system queries and issues
Conduct initial diagnosis of system issues
Resolve simple technical issues
Lead meetings with customer stakeholders to discuss issues and changes
Create tickets for fixes and enhancements
Collaborate with the dev team and answer queries
Conduct testing
Oversee releases and enhancements
Manage SLA reporting
Qualifications
5+ year’s experience in a system support role, in an enterprise grade system
General exposure to Microsoft stack: i.e. SQL / .Net / Azure
