Lomani Island Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead our Food & Beverage team and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a relaxed island setting. This role is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring high standards of service, managing staff performance, controlling costs, and maintaining quality across all food and beverage offerings.
