Purpose of the Role:
This position reports to MNOS and is responsible for ensuring that NAUSORI and OUTER STATION Airport Aerodrome & Building Assets is to be maintained to meet the requirements of their continued cost-effective operation. This includes progressing asset condition assessment maintenance planning and the provision of reactive and preventative maintenance such that asset in a fit for purpose condition whilst minimizing the asset life cycle cost.
Key accountabilities:
Develop maintenance program
Review current asset condition and historical maintenance data to prioritize maintenance activities.
Create a detailed annual maintenance schedule, including both preventive and reactive maintenance activities.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure materials and services are available as per the maintenance schedule.
