We are currently seeking a talented candidate who has the drive and passion to succeed for the role of Conference Coordinator. You will be required to: Effectively supervise and coordinate the Conference and Events team Demonstrate creativity. efficiency and quality in service delivery Work according to deadlines. plan and manage projects Arrange for the event setup as assigned by the clients Ensure proper handling. maintenance and storage of equipment and furniture after each event Maintain a high level of friendly and efficient customer service skills Maintain an inventory of equipment and carry out monthly stock counts You need to have: At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role with relevant qualification Good spoken and written English Ability to work in flexible hours. including weekends and shift work Exceptional customer service and leadership skills Thorough understanding of hospitality operations Solid administrative and organizational skills: the ability to multi task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced organization High standard of presentation, grooming and interpersonal skills Punctual. efficient and courteous attitude at all times with guests and fellow employees Good computer knowledge is desirable If you feel you meet the above requirements. please drop in your applications with detailed curriculum vitae including details of three referees and certified copies of relevant qualifications with passport size photo no later than Saturday, 21st September 2017.
