Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor and manage a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff
Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect global trends and local flavours
Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency across all outlets
Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory, cost control, manning, and HACCP compliance
Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences for events and functions
Champion sustainability and locally sourced ingredients
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum diploma or equivalent in Cookery
10-15 years as Head of Kitchen in a 4 / 5-star category hotel or individual restaurants with high standards.
