The Senior Valuer undertakes quality assurance activities to monitor the performance of contractors and also ensure projects are delivered within timelines. Ensures rates and values used within the Board are in line with standard valuation practices and policies, and ensuring fair market value on iTaukei lands for the benefit of our landowners.  Assists the land use planning & development team in cost-benefit analysis for development projects, and that developments are of good quality to derive maximum returns from the land.
