JOB DESCRIPTION: Perform day to day invoicing of job cards, sales quotes, etc. on MYOB.  Receipt payments received from clients honestly. Update customer statements and email the same in a timely manner. Request for supplier statements to process invoices and payments in a timely manner. Reconcile account statements for both local and overseas suppliers. Prepare and reconcile petty cash and banking. Follow up on debtors and provide frequent updates on the same to the Accounts Manager & Managing Director. Maintain documents and records properly to ensure all files are kept up to date. Carry out other accounting functions as needed to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data on accounts. Confidently liaise with clients and suppliers both by phone and in person.
