KEY DUTIES:
Provide first-level technical support to staff (hardware, software and network-related issues)
Install, configure and maintain computer systems, printer and IT equipment's
Troubleshoot system errors and resolve issues
Assist with user account management and systems access
Monitor and maintain network performance, backup and security
Maintain accurate IT asset records and documentation
Support implementation of new IT systems and upgrades
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Information Technology or related field
Proven experience in IT Support or similar role
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
