This is an exciting role within one of Challenge Group’s entities for an experienced, computer savvy and people oriented person to keep the Lautoka office running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Superior customer service skills along with excellent service resolution skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication & time management skills with a strong ability to multitask
- Responsible for the inventory or stock control of staff kitchen supplies, office supplies & stationery items.
- Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, filing records, sending and receiving emails and faxes, managing calls, and relaying messages as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- A warm, friendly and helpful attitude
- Strong ability to multitask
- Professional and confident telephone etiquette
- Proficient with MS Office applications including Outlook
Full-time role: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm
Saturday – 8.00am – 1.00pm
