FA & COMPANY, a leading Suva Law Firm is seeking the services of suitably qualified individuals for the position of SECRETARY.
This is a senior position within the Firm and an attractive salary is being offered to the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be required to do the following:
• Typing of legal documents and correspondences.
• Filing and retrieval of documents and correspondences.
• Taking dictations and minutes of meetings.
Qualifications and requirements:
• A Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and be at advanced level for MS Word.
• Must have at least a typing speed of 70 words per minute;
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
